At Reprise Commerce, Neilson leads the EMEA commerce function and is head of Thrive commerce globally.

Nicole Holt - VP, Growth, Reprise Commerce:

Nicole is the Vice President for Growth at Reprise Commerce. Based in New York as part of our Global Solutions team, Nicole is responsible for driving global growth. In particular, she focuses on pitching, partnerships and promoting Reprise Commerce within the agency. Having joined Reprise straight out of college back in 2013, Nicole is a seasoned Repriser and brings a wealth of agency experience.

Gemma Howley - Global Program Manager, Google:

Gemma is the Global Program Manager for commerce at Google, where she partners with Reprise Commerce on building and scaling commerce programs and initiatives worldwide. Before Google, Gemma spent 9 years working in Search at media agencies, spending the last two years of her agency life as Head of PPC at Manning Gottlieb OMD. In 2015, Gemma won the first ‘Woman in Search’ award at the Drum Search Awards and ‘Rising Star’ at the Media Week Awards.

Sarah Barker - VP, Global Commerce Solutions, Reprise Commerce:

As Global Commerce Solutions Director, Sarah develops industry-leading performance marketing strategies across Reprise Commerce’s client portfolio. Specializing in social and emerging platforms, from TikTok to the Metaverse, she focuses on helping brands create full-funnel flow, moving customers from product discovery to purchase by integrating shoppable features. Sarah is a regular speaker at events, including Hero Conference and European Women in Tech.

James Bell - VP Global Consumer Experience, Tommee Tippee: 

James leads Tommee Tippee's Global Consumer Experience function, which encompasses all marketing operations, analytics and eCommerce platform development, across all core markets worldwide. Before Tommee Tippee, James held a number of roles both in client businesses and agencies, specializing in eCommerce, strategy, effectiveness, and brand and proposition development across CPG, Financial Services, B2B electronics/engineering, Pharma, and gaming.

Christof Baer - Kleenex® Brand Activation UK & I, Kimberly-Clark

Christof is the UK Head of Brand Activation for Kleenex, where he leads the brand strategy, creative, media, digital, and shopper marketing, as well as overseeing the newly formed eCommerce Performance team. Before joining Kimberly-Clark from Unilever, Christof held a wide range of marketing roles in global, regional and local markets. In his current role in UK marketing, he doubled marketing ROI for Andrex and Kleenex in 3 years and grew Kleenex to a record market share.
