Nicole is the Vice President for Growth at Reprise Commerce. Based in New York as part of our Global Solutions team, Nicole is responsible for driving global growth. In particular, she focuses on pitching, partnerships and promoting Reprise Commerce within the agency. Having joined Reprise straight out of college back in 2013, Nicole is a seasoned Repriser and brings a wealth of agency experience.
Zach Weinberg - VP eCommerce, US, Reprise Commerce:
Zach has 15 years of experience in marketing, online retail, and eCommerce. He leads eCommerce strategy for Reprise Commerce, where he focuses on supporting client expansion across eRetail and marketplaces, DTC, social and emerging shopping channels. Previously, Zach was an analyst at Gartner where he worked on deep-dive consultation for Amazon 1P businesses and published multiple notes on digital commerce strategy and tactics. The bulk of his experience was spent at Reckitt Benckiser where he led ecommerce advertising and innovation across multiple brands, launched 2 DTC sites, and led digital strategy for Mucinex.
Deidre Drewes - Director, eCommerce Media, USA, Reprise Commerce:
Deidre Drewes is the Director of eCommerce Media at Reprise Commerce US, where she leads the strategy and media buying across retail media networks for a myriad of performance-minded CPG brands. A digital marketing veteran with more than 14 years in the industry, Deidre's cross-craft background is the foundation for her holistic approach to eCommerce and nurturing the buyer journey. Deidre oversees a rockstar team of eCommerce specialists in the U.S. who are constantly innovating in the retail media space, pushing the envelope with new channels and technologies on behalf of their clients.
James Gover - VP, Head of EMEA, Firework:
James started his media career with Universal McCann. Having enjoyed a great start to his media life and having learnt a huge amount, he moved to Mindshare to work on the IBM account. He was then approached by IPG to move to Japan, where he set up the Initiative Tokyo office focused on the Unilever business...whilst there he was also heavily engaged in supporting the establishment of the Initiative Taiwan office. After 5 years in Japan, James moved back to Initiative London before 'jumping over the fence' to join Microsoft. He then moved to Snapchat as their first EMEA focused employee and having enjoyed the challenge of joining an early-stage company so much, he moved to Firework in 2022 to help build the business in Europe!

Tori Squeo has a unique blend of industry experience, spanning across several marketing and media channels such as experiential marketing, programmatic display and all types of video mediums from the biggest screens to the smallest on both agency and sales sides, across linear, cinema, OOH, digital and now the evolving innovation of decentralized livestream video. With her inquisitive, curious-minded, and analytical approach, Tori is always looking forwards into what’s next in marketing, advertising, technology and the overall zeitgeist. As Director of Agency Partnerships at Firework, Tori is continuously building digital community and video commerce capabilities for clients across every vertical.
