Welcoming Heather Dawson to Reprise Commerce.

Reprise Commerce is growing fast – and we’re bringing in talent from across the country to help us make an even bigger splash.

Heather Dawson is the former Head of eCommerce at PHD WW.

As our new Senior Vice President of Global Commerce Strategy, she brings a weight of experience to the role that will help us create a world-beating dedicated commerce unit within the Reprise Network.

Working with global brands

Based in London, Heather will be responsible for growing our commerce services and leading transformational change for our clients.

No easy feat, but Heather’s more than up to the task. At PHD, Heather oversaw commerce for Diageo – a multinational beverage company encompassing giants from Guinness to Smirnoff. If you can imagine the market share and demand for Diageo’s brands in the online space, you’re on the right track to understanding Heather’s depth of commerce expertise.

Before that, she was eCommerce global partner at WPP’s Mindshare – a major media services agency. There, she mastered a range of sectors and was able to transform Unilever’s Amazon media impact.

Speaking to The Media Leader about her new role at Reprise, Heather noted: “This shifting space is a really exciting part of the marketing sector, where clients are coming to Reprise for specialist expertise in the connection between media and sales.”

Improving eCommerce FLOW

Media Leader’s coverage highlights the importance of the appointment. Indeed, eCommerce is an ever-growing sector, essential to retail success. In fact, by the end of 2025, US online shopping revenue is set to exceed 1.3 trillion dollars.

More than ever, customers are expecting a smooth, engaging experience from their eCommerce sites – whether they’re buying from global platforms or small businesses. If those platforms don’t keep up with the competition, they’ll fall behind.

To help our clients achieve a seamless customer experience coupled with great business returns, we bring FLOW to eCommerce websites. Working closely with our clients, we reduce friction between shoppers, conversions and checkouts.

In a short space of time, we’ve produced incredible results for huge names from Coca-Cola to Carlsberg, LG to Lego. Having Heather on board will only help Reprise Commerce reach even higher – and improve customer FLOW for businesses of all stripes.

Heather Dawson is an exceptional hire for the business and we’re thrilled to have her expertise in our arsenal. Stay tuned for great things.
