Reprise Commerce appoints new leaders in key regions.

It’s an exciting time for Reprise Commerce as we continue to make key appointments in leadership positions around the globe.

We were delighted to announce the arrival of Heather Dawson earlier this year as SVP of Global Commerce Strategy, and have greatly benefited from her extensive experience in working with global brands.

Now, we’re pleased to welcome three more talented individuals to the Reprise Commerce team – Jessica Chapplow, Mia Rodriguez, and Diego Schreiber.

Jessica Chapplow joins our UK team as Managing Partner and Head of Commerce, bringing with her a wealth of ability and experience in eCommerce and emerging technologies. She will lead our eCommerce efforts across the UK and Ireland, looking to develop new services and operational models to accelerate growth.

Life before Reprise saw Jessica lead Havas Media Group’s Commerce agency, Havas Market, where she advised clients on retail strategy and omnichannel innovation. Her passion and expertise across tech, advertising, and eCommerce led to her being recognized by Forbes in this year’s 30 Under 30 list.

Jessica is a passionate advocate for ethical data use and reducing algorithmic bias to achieve responsible AI.

Our presence in Latin America continues to grow with the appointment of Diego Schreiber as Regional Director. Based in Chile, Diego draws on more than 14 years of experience across digital and performance marketing to help grow our commerce services in the region.

Diego is also no novice when it comes to the Mediabrands family, having started his journey in Uruguay more than eight years ago, rising to the position of Director of Content before going on to lead the Content and Innovation Unit for Reprise in Latin America.

In the US, we’re pleased to welcome Mia Rodriguez as SVP, Head of eCommerce. Mia has more than 15 years of experience in commerce, starting her career in bricks-and-mortar retail before moving into omnichannel and then eCommerce.

“I’ve always worked on the client side, so this is actually my first time at an agency,” Mia says, “Every time I’m having a conversation with one of our clients, I think it’s easy for me to sympathize, and understand what they’re going through.”

At Reprise Commerce, Mia aims to create a best-in-class eCommerce service by challenging her team to think differently and bring new thought processes to the table that allows clients to achieve their goals in a unique way. Mia has previously worked for brands including Nestlé Health Science, Coty, Moleskine and L’Oreal, and is perfectly positioned to help Reprise Commerce continue its growth in the US.

We believe having talents like Jessica, Diego, and Mia on board at Reprise Commerce is a great sign of things to come, and we’re looking forward to what the future holds.
